Faster Cursor Tab, More Composer improvements

  • Cursor Tab (previously called Copilot++) defaults to chunked streaming. This build also includes several Cursor Tab speedups. More to come in future builds!
  • Concurrent composers support, composer control panel, and various bug fixes such as accepted files being deleted.

The code defines a class "AcceptCppSuggestionAction" that extends "Action2", with a constructor setting a menu configuration. UPDATE (0.39.1–0.39.6): Fixes several Cursor Tab rendering bugs, a bug where the file explorer was not responsive, and a bug where Cursor Tab would hang.
