About the role

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Head of User Operations and two other executives across the operations function.

This is a high-impact role focused on enabling clarity, efficiency, and execution across a fast-moving User Operations org. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent business writer, and confident enough to actively manage competing priorities across complex calendars and workflows. This person will need to be full time in our SF office.

What you’ll do

Calendar & Meeting Management

  • Own complex scheduling across multiple senior leaders and stakeholders

  • Prioritize ruthlessly to ensure time aligns with business impact

  • Push back when needed to protect focus and optimize leadership bandwidth

Travel & Expenses

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics

  • Manage expenses through Ramp with accuracy and timeliness

Business Writing

  • Draft, edit, and refine internal communications, presentations, and leadership updates

  • Help leaders articulate strategy, summarize meetings, and drive follow-ups

  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous inputs and fast-moving discussions

GTM Operating Rhythm Support

  • Help keep key meetings, planning cycles, and cross-functional touchpoints on track

  • Partner closely with Recruiting to ensure interview days run smoothly and efficiently

  • Support offsite planning for the GTM teams, including venue sourcing, hotel contract negotiations, and travel coordination

  • Oversee event catering and restaurant reservations, managing budgets and vendor relationships to deliver seamless team-building experiences.

  • 6+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment
