My Cursor skills were used 10,000 times last week by our engineering team. So I'm open sourcing them. It's a plugin called pstack, and you can install it today.

pstack is my personal set of engineering skills and principles, now installable in any Cursor project. The core is /poteto-mode: a higher-order skill that routes your agent to the right playbook for whatever you're working on.

The goal isn't more code. It's maximum impact with the least amount of code.

Agents are like new hires in a constant state of amnesia and idiocy. They don't remember what you tell them, and they never really learn anything new. But we can equip them with rules, skills, tools, and long-term memory which can approximate that. They're capable yet stupid, and very teachable. And I saw their failure modes as opportunities to teach them everything I know about doing deep, rigorous engineering.
