SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today, SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary and expanding consciousness to the stars.

SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. Our teams are building the full Super Intelligence stack: from our Colossus supercomputers, to Grok models, to our suite of applications, including Grok Bot, Grok Build, Grok Imagine, Grok Voice, and X. We're creating a powerful flywheel where more compute trains better models, better models power more useful products, and what we learn from people using those products shapes what we build next.

You'll go deep on a small set of strategic technology partners that matter most to how enterprises build with data and AI, and turn each one into a durable, multi-year relationship. As SpaceXSI's single owner for each partner, you'll own the executive relationship, joint strategy, product and integration alignment, and the co-sell and co-marketing motion that drives customer adoption and pipeline. This role is built for depth, not breadth, and sits at the center of how we work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to make each partnership show up in real customer outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own a small set of strategic technology partners end to end as SpaceXSI's single accountable owner, including executive relationships across alliance, product, engineering, and field leadership, and executive sponsorship on both sides

  • Build multi-year joint strategies and annual joint business plans (shared goals, integration milestones, GTM commitments, and success metrics), and deliver against partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, joint customer adoption, and partnership health

  • Align product and integration roadmaps with SpaceXSI Product and Engineering and each partner's product teams, maintain a current view of integration state and gaps, and bring partner and customer signal into SpaceXSI's roadmap

  • Build and run co-sell and co-marketing motions with partner field and marketing teams, including account mapping, joint account plans, field enablement, joint launches, customer stories, and presence at partners' flagship events

  • Run the operating rhythm for each partnership (joint business reviews, executive check-ins, pipeline syncs, and escalations), act as the primary internal owner across Product, Eng, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, and report partnership performance to SpaceXSI leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles at a technology company; OR 11+ years of professional experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles at a technology company in lieu of a degree

  • 3+ years managing strategic partnerships with, or alliance programs at, data platform, cloud, or AI infrastructure companies

  • Experience owning a joint business plan with a strategic technology partner, including executive sponsor relationships and co-sell or co-marketing commitments

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Hands-on experience owning one or more strategic partnerships with a data platform, cloud, or AI infrastructure company end to end, including executive relationships and joint business planning

  • Track record building multi-year joint strategies with large technology partners and delivering against them across product, marketing, and sales workstreams

  • Experience aligning product and integration roadmaps with partner product and engineering teams, and launching integrations at partners' flagship events

  • Experience running co-sell and co-marketing motions with partner field and marketing teams that produced measurable pipeline and customer adoption

  • Strong cross-functional operating experience as the primary internal owner for a strategic partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, with executive presence with senior leaders at partners and internally

  • Partnerships experience at a developer tools, AI/ML, or data infrastructure company selling to engineering and data leaders, or prior experience at a leading data, cloud, or AI platform provider

  • Experience working within a major platform provider's technology partner program, including partner tiers, integration validation, and co-sell registration

  • Working knowledge of modern data and AI platform capabilities such as cloud data warehouses and lakehouses, data governance, and AI/ML services

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces and co-sell programs as they apply to data platform partnerships

  • Experience standing up a new strategic alliance from zero at an early-stage or high-growth company, tracking partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in Salesforce, and using account-mapping tools such as Crossbeam

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to travel for partner executive meetings, joint business reviews, and partners' flagship conferences and events as needed
