Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.

As Director, Consulting & SI Partnerships at Cursor, you’ll own the execution of our most strategic partnerships with top-tier consultancies (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) and global systems integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Infosys, Cognizant, NTT Data, Wipro). You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, deployment velocity, and long-term stickiness of Cursor across the Fortune Global 2000 through partner-led motions.

You’ll operate at the center of our partner ecosystem, working closely with partner leadership, Cursor Sales, Field Engineering, and Product to turn partnerships into a scalable revenue and deployment engine. This is a highly cross-functional, execution-heavy role focused on translating partnership strategy into real pipeline, production deployments, and measurable impact.

What you’ll do

  • Own partner portfolio end-to-end. Manage 3–5 strategic consulting and SI partners, including QBRs, joint business plans, pipeline reviews, and escalations.

  • Build working-level relationships. Develop strong relationships with Practice Leads, Client Partners, and Principals; become the go-to contact for partners engaging with Cursor.

  • Drive co-sell execution. Lead account mapping, pipeline generation, and joint deal execution alongside Cursor’s enterprise sales team.

  • Operationalize partner enablement. Launch and scale certification programs, training, FDE playbooks, and reference architectures to enable partners to deploy Cursor effectively.

  • Convert pilots to production. Partner closely with Field Engineering, APM/ADM, and account teams to move partner-led pilots into scaled production deployments.

  • Unblock deployments. Coordinate across teams to resolve delivery challenges, staffing gaps, and technical blockers impacting partner success.

  • Track and drive adoption metrics. Monitor partner-driven pipeline, certified headcount, and time-to-production to improve execution over time.

  • Execute joint GTM initiatives. Deliver co-branded content, research, case studies, and events that position Cursor and partners as leaders in AI-driven software development.

You may be a fit if

  • You’ve worked in partnerships, alliances, or sales with top-tier SIs or consulting firms

  • You know how to turn partnerships into real revenue, not just relationship management

  • You’re comfortable operating at both executive and working levels within partner organizations

  • You have experience driving co-sell motions and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

  • You understand how to enable partners technically (training, certifications, playbooks) to deliver at scale

  • You’re highly operational and data-driven, with strong instincts around pipeline, adoption, and execution

  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy building from 0 to 1
