As GTM Systems at Anysphere, you’ll be responsible for owning and operating the tools and processes that power our Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships functions. You’ll work closely with GTM leadership, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to implement, integrate, and optimize our systems, ensuring the GTM organization runs efficiently and scales with Anysphere’s growth.
This is a highly impactful role where you’ll be hands-on in building workflows, managing our tech stack, and delivering data-driven insights that enable Cursor adoption across mid-market and enterprise customers. You’ll thrive if you’re detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and excited to roll up your sleeves to make our GTM machine run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day administration of our GTM systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, BI tools, etc.), including configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships into scalable workflows, dashboards, and automations.
Maintain and improve lead routing, territory management, account hierarchy, and opportunity tracking to ensure clean and efficient processes.
Build reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, bookings, campaign performance, and ROI.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to support forecasting, target tracking, and performance measurement.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, implementing governance processes to improve data quality.
Work with Product, Engineering, and Finance to embed pricing, deal support, and approvals into GTM workflows.
Evaluate and implement new GTM tools, integrations, and process improvements that enhance team productivity.
Provide hands-on support and training for GTM team members to ensure adoption and best practices.
Continuously identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce administration and GTM tool stacks (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clay, etc).
Experience building and maintaining workflows, automation, and reporting to support sales and marketing processes.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pipeline management, and GTM metrics.
Proficiency with BI/reporting tools (Hex, Retool, or similar) and SQL is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable working directly with GTM teams, gathering requirements, and translating them into system solutions.
Excited to roll up your sleeves, own projects end-to-end, and continuously improve GTM systems and processes.
