## How do I get access to Grok Bot?

| Situation                                           | What to do                                                                                                                           |
| --------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| You already pay for **Cursor Ultra**                | Sign into Grok Bot with that same account. Access is included. No second subscription or Grok account link is required.              |
| You're on a personal Cursor account and need access | Subscribe to **Ultra** from the Grok Bot plan screen.                                                                                |
| You're on a **Cursor team**                         | Ask your admin to assign a **Premium** seat. Team policies still apply. A Standard seat alone does not provide access.               |
| You have **SuperGrok Heavy**                        | Use **Get access with SuperGrok Heavy**. See [Get access with SuperGrok Heavy](https://cursor.com/help/grok-bot/supergrok-heavy.md). |

## What if I already have Cursor Pro or Pro+?

Cursor Pro and Pro+ do not include Grok Bot access. For ongoing access, use Cursor Ultra or an eligible Premium team seat.
